Description
Two-slide CNC thread rolling machine, applied in the production of gear densification and textile machine rollers.
To process higher-quality workpieces, the feed method is upgraded from single-slide to two-slide, placing the workpiece between two rollers. During operation, left and right slide rollers move toward and roll the workpiece simultaneously, ensuring uniform rolling pressure on both sides and avoiding precision loss from workpiece deflection in one-way feed. It also enables better clamping/positioning for axial feed, facilitating automated loading/unloading to enhance workpiece stability and precision.

Feed and transmission driven by servo motors for easy adjustment and data collection. 3. Servo motor drives RV reducer and planetary roller screw for higher torque and durability. 4. Human-machine interface for easy operation. 5. Workpiece located on the middle feeding component, convenient for automation connection.
