Two-axis CNC thread rolling machine, applied in industries such as aviation bolts, worm threads, stainless steel locking screws, etc.
The two-axis CNC thread rolling machine is an upgraded version of the hydraulic machine. Both spindles are connected to the roller shaft via servo motors and reducers. The feed part is upgraded from hydraulic feed to servo motor-driven reducer and planetary roller screw pushing the slider feed. The operating system uses a CNC system or touch screen.
Features: 1. Feed and transmission driven by servo motors for easy adjustment and data collection. 2. Feed uses servo motor driving RV reducer and planetary roller screw for higher torque and durability. 3. Left and right roller shafts independently controlled by two servo motors, making thread alignment easier. 4. Left and right roller shafts can achieve clockwise and counterclockwise rolling cycles, suitable for rolling high-strength bolts.
